Mexico's CICSA wins $400 mln oil well deal

MEXICO CITY, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Mexican tycoon Carlos Slim's CICSA construction and infrastructure company won a contract worth more than $400 million to drill oil wells for state monopoly Pemex, the company said on Wednesday.

The work is due to begin next month and end in December 2009.

CICSA (CICSAB1.MX: Quote, Profile , Research) has said it wants to expand in Latin America, particularly in hydroelectric and other energy projects across the region.
