International company is seeking a Marine Dock Master for the “GNL Manzanillo Plant” these are the requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in the marine field.
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm.

Activities
Manage the schedule of LNG ships
Review and Study Ship & Shore Compatibility matters with ship’s owners and operators
Periodical Inspection and Maintenance of berthing facilities & Unloading facilities
Safety management of dangerous cargo handling, berthing & unloading facilities and check-up of the ship/shore safety check list
Supervise and Coordinate safe berthing/unberthing, overall cargo discharging operation.
Witness and Confirm Cargo gauging with the cargo surveyors
General Consulting and Supporting any contract & operation parties about technical & operational matters
Manage Navigational aids & navigational fairways.
General affairs relating to Port authority, Coast guard, Customs etc
Important: Experience as captain or vice captain in a ship carrying dangerous materials.

Knowledge: Certification in Sea Navigation. English 80%+, essential computer software (Word, Excel, e mail), Able to work autonomously

Skills: Good communication, creativity, leadership, goal orientated, team player, can work well under stress, coordination of teams, service orientated, etc.
